You have a selection of U.S. Dollar or Japanese Yen.



Q: How do my customers pay?

Your Customers can pay by credit card and wire transfer. In the U.S., they can also use check. When customers pay by credit card, you receive their credit card information, then, process each payment. Online Automated Clearing Services automatically transfers your customers' payments to your bank account. We offer the service of applying for Online Online Automated Clearing Services in U.S. Dollars.

Q: What methods of shipping are available?

You can set free shipping, flat shipping rate, individual shipping fee and/or store received. In the U.S., you can ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS).


Q: What languages are supported by this site?

This shopping site supports Japanese and English. You may choose to use either one of these or both. CuteWeb offers translation services. Inform us if you wish to use this service.


Q: Can I, as an owner of a business, change or eliminate comments on the customer review?
Yes, this can be done in the admin monitor.


Q: Where do I get the "Specified Commercial Transactions Law" document to start a business?
The "Specified Commercial Transactions Law" document is needed in order to start a shopping site. You can use our template if you do not have one. We also prepare “Shipping and Return Policy” and “Privacy Policy” documents. Please refer to the sample pages on Cute Shopping Cart (samples).


Q: Is there a manual to operate the shopping cart?

Yes, we provide a manual for the basic operation of the Cute Shopping Car.


Q: Is there support after I purchase and start the shopping cart site?
Yes, we offer the assistance as an optional service. Please see Optional Services for more detail.



Q: Am I able to get a domain name as part of my purchace?

No. Domain names are not included in the plan. If you do not have a business domain name, you need to create one. We offer a service obtaining a domain name for you. See Optional Services for more details.



Q: Why should I get SSL?

We recommend you get SSL system to protect your customers’ information. SSL uses a cryptographic system to ensure all data, such as credit card numbers, passed between the web server and browsers remains private and integral. Most people tend to look for the padlock icon (SSL icon) when purchasing online.


Q: What is PCIDSS? Do I really need it?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is a worldwide information security standard assembled by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) which includes American Express, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa Inc. You can start shopping cart without participating in PCIDSS; However, participation in PCIDSS will lend your business an appearance of professionalism and help in gaining trust from customers.


Q: I already have my website. Is it possible to add the Cute Shopping Cart to my site?
We could add and design a shopping cart to fit your existing website. (Design costs are applied separately.)
Cute Shopping Cart is a package plan including a selection of pre-designed template.


Q: Can I change the design of the shopping cart later?

Yes, you can change to other template designs. A changing fee will be applied.


Q: Is it possible to change the template design later?

Yes, it is possible to change the design later without re-entering your product data. Website design cost and system customization fees will be applied.
